Jessica (Jess) Batzell, Esq., is a Counsel in Perkins Coie's Denver office and focuses on advising private equity sponsors, senior management and public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, going-private transactions and other complex corporate transactions in a broad range of industries. Jess graduated from Duke University in 2004 and from Columbia Law School in 2009. She worked at Debevoise and Plimpton's M&A practice in New York until joining Perkins in 2017.
