Thomas A. Rodriguez, Esq., is Counsel at Lathrop GPM, LLP. His practice emphasizes probate litigation, including, but not limited to, contested guardianships and conservatorships, will and trust contests, fiduciary representation, and fiduciary surcharge litigation. He has lectured before the Colorado Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association and at other programs on topics such as probate litigation, powers of attorney, elder financial exploitation and ethics.  He is a member of the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association’s Elder Law Section, serving as Co-Chair from 2010 - 2012, and a member of the Boulder County Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair of its Elder Law Section from 2012-2014. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and a member of the Boulder County Bar Association’s Professionalism Committee. Mr. Rodriguez is originally from Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his B.A. degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
