Rodriguez, Esq., is a partner with the law firm of Lathrop GPM LLP His practice emphasizes probate litigation, including, but not limited to, contested guardianships and conservatorships, will and trust contests, fiduciary representation, and fiduciary surcharge litigation. Mr. Rodriguez has lectured in Colorado and nationally on topics such as probate litigation, powers of attorney, elder financial exploitation and ethics. He is a member of the Executive Council of the Colorado Bar Association's Elder Law Section, serving as Co-Chair from 2010 - 2012, and a member of the Boulder County Bar Association, serving as Co-Chair of its Elder Law Section from 2012-2014. He is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) including serving on the Fiduciary Litigation and Elder Law Committees. He also serves on the Boulder County Bar Association's Professionalism Committee. Mr. Rodriguez is originally from Memphis, Tennessee. He earned his B.A. degree from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas, and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia.
