Michael Palage is an intellectual property attorney and an information technology consultant. Mr. Palage holds a B.S.E.E from Drexel University and J.D from Temple University. Mr. Palage has been intimately involved in the domain name industry over the last twenty years holding various leadership positions within ICANN, including a three-year term on its Board of Directors. Over the past several years, Mr. Palage has become deeply engaged in various technical and governance issues involving distributed ledger technology (blockchain) writing and speaking on this topic internationally. Mr. Palage has also testified before the United States Congress on multiple occasions and as an expert witness in both Federal and State Court in numerous legal proceedings.
