Andrew Ehmke is a partner in the Patent Office Trials practice group at Haynes and Boone, and he is based out of the firm's Dallas office. His practice focuses on representing high-profile technology companies, with a particular emphasis on inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board and Federal Circuit. Andy is a frequent writer and speaker on IPRs and was recently selected to be an adjunct professor at the SMU school of law, where he will teach a course on Trials at the Patent Office this fall.
