Lauren Dreyer is an intellectual property attorney and litigator focusing on high-tech patent litigation in U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Federal Circuit. She has also conducted over thirty proceedings before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) for reexaminations, inter partes reviews, and covered business method reviews, and she is a member of the PTAB/TTAB Committee of the Federal Circuit Bar Association. Before joining Baker Botts LLP, Lauren clerked for the Honorable Raymond T. Chen of the Federal Circuit. She also teaches legal writing for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Journal and the Federal Circuit Bar Journal at The George Washington University Law School.
