Susan Boudrot is a Managing Director and Global CCO at TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation where she is responsible for all compliance for its retail, clearing and international broker-dealers, three investment advisors, a trust company, a futures and forex FDM, and an insurance agency. She previously worked at Fidelity where she was a SVP and CCO responsible for the retail brokerage firm, the retirement/workplace benefits organization, the trust company, the insurance agency, and the custodial platform for third party investment advisors. Prior to that, she worked as a VP at Charles Schwab where she supported brokerage operations, advertising, retail sales, research, and its international affiliates. She was CCO and GC at Brown & Company, a discount broker-dealer. She also was an Enforcement Attorney with the SEC and an associate in private corporate practice. She has a JD and MBA from Boston University and a BA from Regis College.
