Alex Jezerski is a managing director of RT Specialty and a practice leader and president of RT ProExec, the management, transactional and professional liability insurance division of RT Specialty. Alex co-founded OakBridge Insurance Services in 2005 and the east coast operations of Carpenter Moore Insurance Services in the mid 1990's. He began his insurance career in 1993 as an underwriter with Executive Risk Management Associates. Alex joined RT Specialty in 2010 upon RT's acquisition of OakBridge Insurance Services. Alex focuses on Executive Liability placements for publicly traded companies, initial public offerings, healthcare institutions, and venture capital backed private companies as well as Representations and Warranties insurance solutions for all industry segments. He sets the standard for the technical expertise of RT ProExec, spending the majority of his time analyzing policy forms, negotiating manuscript policy language, and ensuring that the firm's internal control systems enable the practice to produce consistently comprehensive and cutting edge insurance placements. Alex holds a Finance degree from the University of Connecticut.
