Carey DeGenaro, Esq., will be serving as a law clerk for Judge Lipinsky on the Colorado Court of Appeals from May through August 2022. She previously served as the Director of Legal Services for the COVID-19 Eviction Defense Project between January 2021 and February 2022, after volunteering for the organization for eight months. Before joining CEDP, Carey worked as an Attorney Advisor at the Denver Immigration Court from 2017 through 2020. Prior to that role, she served as a law clerk on both the 10th Circuit and the Colorado Supreme Court. Carey graduated from CU Law in 2015.
