Richard A. Selinger
Richard SelingerRichard A. Selinger, J.D., LL.M., is Colorado estate planning and elder law attorney in private practice with over 20 years of experience and maintains his law office in Boulder. Richard received his undergraduate degree (Psychology) from New York University in 1982, his law degree from Western New England University School of Law, in 1996, Magna Cum Laude (with high honors), and his LL.M Degree (masters in law) in Estate Planning and Elder Law in 2007. Richard is a volunteer community educator with the Boulder Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and the Boulder Chapter of the Conversation Project. He also sits on the Steering Committee for Colorado Coalition for Elder Rights and Abuse Prevention (CCERAP). Richard is originally from New York City and moved to Boulder six years ago with his wife, two dogs and cat. He loves visiting with his two daughters, who currently live in New York City and Bozeman, Montana, every chance he gets, and enjoys pretty much anything the Colorado outdoors has to offer.
