Kerri L. Klein, Esq., is a founding partner of Poskus, Caton & Klein, P.C. Ms. Klein practices in the areas of estate planning, guardianships, conservatorships, and probate and trust administration. She received her juris doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, in psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Ms. Klein is active with the Trust and Estate Section of the Colorado Bar Association and has served as the chair of the Statutory Revisions Committee, a member of the Executive Council, and chair of the Rules and Forms Committee. Kerri is a fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and has been selected by her peers as a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers from 2009 through 2015, a Super Lawyer from 2016-2021 and as one of the Best Lawyers of America for 2016-2021.
