Teresa Kerrigan, President, formed Raw Land Solutions in 2005 after practicing land use, development and finance law at Holme Roberts Owen. She manages all aspects of land development, redevelopment and building revitalization on behalf of owners, developers and lenders. Teresa is an active member of American and Colorado Bar Associations and served on the Board and Executive Committee of FACES, a nonprofit organization providing services to abused and at risk children and families.
