Alexandra (Ali) Renes, Esq., has experience working with a broad range of clients in complex real estate transactions, including REITs and other institutional investors in complex commercial real estate transactions. Ali works with a variety of clients to provide support and guidance throughout all phases of a transaction, from conducting due diligence to negotiating documents to coordinating closing. Ali has worked extensively on the acquisition, financing and disposition of real estate assets, including retail, hospitality and industrial properties, for those clients. In connection with the sale of shopping centers and distribution centers, she has drafted both short term and long term leases for those spaces. Additionally, she has negotiated franchise and management agreements for clients in the hospitality and gaming industries.
