Daniel R. Pabon, Esq. is of counsel with Feldmann Nagel, LLC. His experience includes counseling clients with commercial real estate transactions, including leases, sale contracts, deeds of trust, legal opinions, leasehold mortgages, promissory notes, construction contracts, easements, restrictive covenants, subleases, and other real-estate-related documents. He also has a commercial litigation and real estate litigation practice, in which he has assisted clients with breach of contract, adverse possession, eminent domain, foreclosure, and construction defect matters.
Mr. Pabon has a special emphasis in sustainable design real estate and advises clients on green building projects. He was selected as a Rising Star by Colorado Super Lawyers in 2010. He is currently a State Representative in the Colorado General Assembly, representing House District 4. He serves as the Assistant Majority Leader. Mr. Pabon received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2001 and his law degree from the University of Colorado in 2005.
