Elizabeth (Lizzie) Fanckboner, Esq., is an associate with Goodspeed Merrill, a full-service business life cycle firm representing individuals and businesses from formation or acquisition through growth, transition, and exit, and everything in between. Lizzie is part of the corporate practice group, where she focuses on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, business formation, general corporate matters, and contract negotiation and drafting. She brings particular experience in highly regulated industries, such as cannabis and natural medicine, helping clients navigate complex and evolving regulatory landscapes with confidence. Lizzie earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Arizona State University, and her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. She is licensed to practice in Colorado and Oregon. Before beginning her legal career, she worked in the arts and hospitality industries, experiences that continue to shape her creative, practical, and client-focused approach.
