Elizabeth “Lizzie” Fanckboner, Esq., focuses on corporate transactions, including as to M&A, finance, licensing agreements, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters. Lizzie often works in relation to heavily-regulated emerging industries and technologies, including in relation to legalized cannabis and legalized psychedelics. Prior to joining Zuber Lawler LLP, she worked at a boutique cannabis law firm in Denver, focusing on regulatory compliance and corporate matters. Lizzie currently offers guidance on cannabis- and natural medicine-related regulations and licensing; corporate formation and guidance; drafting various agreements related to licensing intellectual property rights, manufacturing, marketing, and other services; and has experience with M&A, finance, and other deals. She is licensed in Colorado and Oregon, serves as a Secretary/Treasurer of the Cannabis Law Section, and is Chair of the newly formed Natural Medicine Committee. Lizzie has contributed to several articles and participated in discussions on panels about the emerging state-regulated natural medicine programs, particularly in Colorado and Oregon.
