Lizzie Fanckboner, Esq., is a transactional attorney at Zuber Lawler LLP, with a focus primarily on plant medicine matters, including as to both cannabis and psychedelics. Prior to joining Zuber Lawler LLP, she worked at a boutique cannabis law firm in Denver, focusing on regulatory compliance and corporate matters. Lizzie currently offers guidance on cannabis-related regulations and licensing; corporate formation and guidance; drafting various agreements related to licensing intellectual property rights, manufacturing, marketing, and services; and has experience with M&A and other deals. She is licensed in Colorado and Oregon, serves as a Member-at-Large of the Cannabis Law Section, and is Co-Chair of the newly formed Natural Medicine Committee.
