Lisa M. Kattan is a partner in the Washington D.C. office of Baker Botts LLP, and is the Chair of the firm's International Trade Commission Litigation Practice. Lisa joined Baker Botts after serving for over five years as a senior investigative attorney in the ITC's Office of Unfair Import Investigations, where she was lead trial counsel on behalf of the U.S. Government in numerous high-profile Section 337 patent infringement investigations. Since joining Baker Botts in 2016, she has represented clients in over half a dozen ITC investigations. Lisa is a 1999 graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law, and a registered patent attorney. She is a frequent speaker and author about best practices in district court and ITC patent litigation.
