Tiago Guevara, Esq. was born and raised in Panama City, Panama. Tiago left Panama to attend the University of Nebraska Lincoln where he majored in political science and philosophy and earned his bachelor's degree in 2012. He earned his law degree from the University of Colorado Boulder Law School in 2016 and joined the McKinley Law Group after passing the bar. Since joining the McKinley Law Group, Tiago has developed a varied practice that includes criminal defense, immigration removal defense, and a robust appellate practice. Tiago has represented hundreds of individuals before the Denver Immigration Court and detained individuals at the Aurora ICE immigration detention center. Tiago's practice blends his knowledge of criminal law and immigration law to navigate the best result possible for his clients. Tiago has successfully advocated for his clients at the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Federal District Court, and the Tenth Circuit among others. Tiago is passionate about using his knowledge and skills to help vulnerable people through his work at the McKinley Law Group.
