Scott Havn is a partner at the law firm of Arnold & Arnold, LLP in Littleton, Colorado. He has been with the firm since 1998. Mr. Havn's practice focuses on mechanics' lien law, verified claims, commercial collections, and construction law. He graduated cum laude from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN. Mr. Havn is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Wyoming, and his home state of Wisconsin. He is a contributing author to the Manual of Credit and Commercial Laws regarding Wyoming liens and claims. When not practicing law, he is coaching his daughter's basketball and volleyball teams.
