Louisa M. Ritsick, Esq., currently provides estate and tax planning services to clients as a solo practitioner with Ritsick Law LLC, where her practice concentrates on estate, charitable, and tax planning for individuals and families; probate and trust administration; and marital agreements. She also advises individual and professional fiduciaries regarding the legal, tax, and ethical issues arising in the context of serving as a fiduciary during estate and trust administration. Louisa is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), Colorado Bar Foundation Fellow, and has served on the Colorado Bar Association's Trust and Estate Section Council and Statutory Revisions and Orange Book Forms Committees. In addition, she is a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council and the Women's Estate Planning Council. Louisa has authored articles and book chapters on estate, trust, and tax topics, and presented at national and Colorado continuing legal education programs and community events on estate planning and administration issues.
