Barbara Fisher is Assistant General Counsel, Intellectual Property, at Lockheed Martin Corporation. Barbara leads all aspects of intellectual property including portfolio management and transactions for the Engineering and Technology function within the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) business area of Lockheed; supports all intellectual property (portfolio management and transactions) for the C4USS line of business; is the legal tag for RMS Strategy; is lead for all Corporate Big Bets within RMS; and also provides all M&A deal and diligence support for RMS merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities. Barbara is also on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar and is a past Board member for the Intellectual Property Owners Association as well as 2017 Annual Meeting Committee planner. Currently, Barbara is on the Membership Committee and is on the planning committee for a 2018 Spring IPO meeting in Washington, D.C.
