Courtney Baldwin, Esq., joined Beattie, Westmont & Simpson as an associate attorney in 2022. She has dedicated her legal practice primarily to family law since 2017 and also practices estate planning and probate law. Courtney is an active member of both the Jefferson and Denver County Bar Associations and is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for the 1st Judicial District. Courtney has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America each year since 2025 and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers' Rising Star each year since 2024. Courtney has lectured on several topics in the family law arena as well as having published articles in both the Colorado Lawyer and The Docket.
