Kathleen M. Kramer, Esq., is a litigation attorney at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP specializing in complex commercial and government contracts litigation. She represents clients in business disputes, including cases involving trade secret misappropriation, fraud, breach of contract and duty of loyalty, and also cases involving civil rights and complex government cost accounting issues. Ms. Kramer also assists clients with internal investigations, document retention, preservation, and production, and pre-litigation negotiation. Since joining McKenna, Ms. Kramer has encountered and assisted clients with complex ESI discovery issues, including alleged spoliation and predictive coding. She has also researched and prepared materials for other CLEs regarding E-discovery and document preservation best practices.
