Sara E. Johnson, served as the president of the Mediation Association of Colorado from 2015 through 2017. She has been actively involved in Mediators Beyond Borders and has been contracted with the Office of Dispute Resolution since 2012 specializing in domestic relations. After graduating from Sarah Lawrence College with a concentration in cultural anthropology, Sara spent twenty years living and working in Spain and South America and brings a wide range of experience and worldviews to her practice. She is a published author of multicultural literature for children and has written a feature length screenplay set in Argentina during World War I. Before starting her mediation practice, she worked in the production of film and video including producing a documentary on landmines in Mozambique.
