Andrew Rogers, Esq., is a hard-working, down-to-earth trial attorney who is motivated by achieving the best results for his clients and ensuring they succeed. He takes great pride in making a real difference in his clients’ lives. At Evans Case, Andrew specializes in estate and trust administration and litigation, fiduciary liability, Rule 62 proceedings, and guardianships and conservatorships. Prior to joining Evans Case, Andrew gained experience in numerous areas of the law, including personal injury, criminal defense, criminal prosecution, contracts, and real estate. Andrew is a driven litigator, having extensive trial and deposition experience, including trying over 100 jury trials, selecting over 100 juries, taking and defending depositions, and preparing witnesses for depositions and trials. Originally from the small town of Thomaston, Georgia, Andrew received his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, with Highest Honors, and was a Presidential Scholar. He also graduated as the top Honors student in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. After college, before deciding to go to law school, Andrew worked in the television industry. He was employed by a company in Atlanta that specializes in video production and television distribution. Andrew received his Juris Doctorate from UCLA School of Law, where he was awarded a full tuition scholarship from the Simon Endowment Fund covering his first two years of attendance.
