Paul D. Swanson, Esq., is a partner in Holland & Hart’s litigation group, where he advises clients in tech, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, health care, gaming, and finance on antitrust disputes and compliance. In addition to representing plaintiffs, defendants, and third parties in price-fixing, monopolization, and price discrimination cases, Paul conducts internal investigations of alleged anticompetitive conduct and defends clients that are targets of state and federal antitrust investigations. Paul also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, resale price maintenance (MAP and UPP programs), price discrimination, and related areas of antitrust compliance. Paul is a co-author of the Colorado and Wyoming chapters of the ABA’s State Antitrust Practice and Statutes (6th ed. forthcoming) and is frequently cited on antitrust matters, including by the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, and Washington Post.
