Honorable Patrick Boucher has had a fruitful and diverse career of great legal and technical breadth. Prior to his appointment to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he practiced as a patent attorney at Pennie & Edmonds LLP in New York, and at Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP and Marsh Fischmann & Breyfogle LLP in Denver. For several years before becoming an attorney, he was an Associate Editor of Physical Review B.
