Nancy "Susie" Germany, Esq., is a Colorado probate, elder law and estate planning attorney and the founder and owner of The Germany Law Firm, PC. Also licensed in Alaska and Wyoming, her practice focuses in the areas of guardianship, conservatorship, estate planning, asset protection, special needs planning and administration, fiduciary representation and probate litigation. A former deputy public administrator and longtime board member of the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities, she has extensive fiduciary experience. Ms. Germany is a former co-chair of the CBA Elder Law Section and former chair of the CBA Elder Law Retreat Planning Committee and former chair of the CBA Women's Retreat. Ms. Germany is a fellow of the American College of Trusts and Estates Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
