Graham Burnett-Hall is a partner at Marks & Clerk and a UK solicitor-advocate who has specialised in intellectual property law for over 20 years, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation and dispute resolution in areas with a high level of scientific or technical content. His cases cover a wide range of fields, including the electronics and telecommunications (including SEPs and FRAND disputes), biotechnology and pharma, medical device and chemical sectors. He frequently acts in multi-jurisdictional disputes, co-ordinating and working with legal teams in Europe and the United States.
