Honorable K Kalan, earned a J.D. degree from the University of Colorado and an A.B. degree in Chemistry from Harvard University. Judge Kalan served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Janice B. Davidson of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Following her clerkship, Judge Kalan joined the firm Berenbaum Weinshienk PC, where she practiced in the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright.
