Ragesh Tangri is a founding partner of Durie Tangri LLP. He regularly represents companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 100 in intellectual property litigation, as well as representing national and regional law firms in the defense of professional negligence claims. He has defended law firms against claims arising from both patent prosecution and patent litigation activities, but also from claims arising from subject matters as diverse as real estate and tax. He has taught both Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility at the UC Berkeley School of Law.
