Theodore Davis Jr., is a partner in the Atlanta, Georgia office of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where he has practiced trademark, copyright, false advertising, and unfair competition law since 1990. Outside the office, he has taught as an adjunct professor at the Emory University, University of Georgia, and John Marshall law schools and has testified before Congress on trademark and Internet issues. He is the immediate past chair of the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law and a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Trademark Association, both of which he has represented in amicus briefs before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Georgia and New York bars.
