Mary F. Radford is the Marjorie Fine Knowles Professor of Law at the Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta. She has been a member of the law school faculty since 1984 and teaches courses in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Professor Radford is an Academic Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and served as ACTEC's president in 2011-12. She was the Reporter for the State Bar of Georgia committees that revised and modernized Georgia's Probate, Trust, and Guardianship Codes. Professor Radford is the author of three treatises on Georgia Probate, Trust, and Guardianship law as well as numerous law review articles
