Marianne Hallinan Lindenbaum is the President of Impartial WorkPlace Investigations, Inc. (IWPI) and a licensed Colorado attorney. Prior to forming IWPI, Marianne spent the bulk of her career as an employment lawyer at Hogan Lovells US LLP where she both litigated cases in which the underlying workplace investigation was a key factor and conducted workplace investigations, both as outside counsel and as a independent investigator. Her past experience also includes time as the Vice President of Human Resources for a public oil and gas company. Marianne attended University of Michigan where she completed both her J.D. and her M.A. in Social Psychology, studying stereotyping, discrimination, and human information processing, construals, and memory. At IWPI, Marianne applies her unique combination of past experiences as an employment law attorney, HR professional, and social scientist to the workplace investigations she conducts.
