Ryan Arney is a partner of Nodal Law, LLC. Ryan represents operating companies of all sizes, individual entrepreneurs, family offices, private equity funds, and other investors. He counsels clients throughout the lifecycle of a business or investment, including initial structuring or start-up, equity and debt financings and securities compliance, general corporate and commercial counseling, mergers and acquisitions, and software, technology and other intellectual property development, protection, and commercialization. Ryan serves clients in a range of industries, including software, information technology, clean tech, and other technologies, renewable and conventional energy, business and financial services, and private equity, venture capital and mezzanine finance. Ryan is a member of the Planning Committee of the Rocky Mountain Intellectual Property & Technology Institute and is a member of the Silicon Flatirons Advisory Board, an interdisciplinary research center at the University of Colorado Law School. Ryan also is a co-founder and principal of Bradford Advisors, LLC, a business advisory services firm, as well as its affiliated product development company. Ryan was a founding member of the Board of Directors of The Young Fund of The Children's Hospital Foundation, served on the Metro Denver Sports Commission, and was a policy analyst with World Vision.
