Cheryl Hampton (MA, CRC, CCM, NCG) has been with Human Network Systems, Inc. in Denver, Colorado for the last 10 years and as of 2021 is a Director and Co-Owner. HNS delivers quality Care Management and Guardianship services to seniors and disabled adults. Cheryl’s prior applicable experiences include Life Care Planning for individuals with catastrophic injuries and illnesses, facilitating individual and group counseling services for individuals charged with substance abuse and/or domestic violence, providing day program services and complex case management to adults with Developmental Disabilities, and residential milieu management to children and adolescents with emotional and behavioral problems. Cheryl’s goal is to help her clients navigate their individual situations with grace while maximizing their quality of life.
