Margaret E. McCandless is Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Intrepid Potash, Inc. (NYSE: IPI). At Intrepid, Ms. McCandless is responsible for managing all legal and compliance issues, including securities, disclosure, governance, finance, contract, and litigation matters. She also participates in strategic planning for Intrepid. Ms. McCandless joined Intrepid in 2012 as Assistant General Counsel. Before joining Intrepid, Ms. McCandless served as Associate General Counsel-Securities, Disclosure, and Corporate Governance for Qwest Communications International Inc. and then CenturyLink, Inc., which acquired Qwest in 2011. Prior to joining Qwest in 2004, Ms. McCandless was an associate at the law firms of Hogan Lovells LLP and Cooley LLP.
