Diane Utz, Esq., started her career with a construction management degree here in Colorado at Hensel Phelps Construction Company. After almost 10 years out in the field on a variety of large construction projects across the Western United States, she became a consultant at a boutique construction law firm before heading off to law school in Seattle, WA. Diane moved back to Colorado in 2016 and now lives with her family in the Roaring Fork Valley representing clients on all sides of construction claims. She leverages her intimate knowledge of construction projects and processes to fiercely advocate for her clients. Diane is licensed in the state and federal courts in Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. She is also active on a national basis with the American Bar Association's Forum on Construction Law and is an arbitrator and member of the construction panel for the American Arbitration Association.
