Lyndsey O'Connell, Esq., specializes in litigation stemming from real estate, construction and business disputes. She also works to provide counsel in various real estate related transactions and business formation. Lyndsey uses her experience as a real estate broker and in the construction industry to navigate the intricacies that these fields involve. Lyndsey represents buyers, sellers, contractors, design professionals, subcontractors and everyone in between. She has successfully taken many cases to trial, but prides herself in efficient, effective and respectful pre-trial negotiation on behalf of her clients. Lyndsey is a member of the CBA Real Estate Section Executive Council and has been recognized as a Super Lawyer Rising Star each year since 2022. When she is not in the courtroom, she utilizes her time by teaching courses to brokers and other attorneys regarding current real estate issues and being materially involved in the legislative process as it relates to the formation and updates of real estate law. Lyndsey is currently serving as the Section's legislative policy officer.
