Alex Fader, Esq., is the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at SALT Blockchain Inc., a licensed and regulated CeFi lending company specializing in cryptocurrency-backed loans. Prior to joining SALT, he was in the corporate department of Locke Lord LLP where he focused on structured finance, asset-backed lending, and syndicated loan transactions. He started his career at the litigation boutique, Susman Godfrey LLP. Alex has a business and a law degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He also currently serves as the Chair of the Corporate Counsel section of the Colorado Bar Association.
