Elle J. Byram, Esq., is a native Midwesterner, born and raised in the Kansas City area. Elle earned her law degree at the University of California Davis, School of Law. She also earned her Bachelors in Psychology at the University of Colorado at Boulder as well as a Masters in Clinical Psychology at Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. Elle has a broad background, enabling her to serve the needs of a variety of clients. Elle began her own law firm in Kansas City in 2013 where she represented clients in family law, estate planning and probate. Elle returned to Colorado in 2016 and resumed her practice following her licensure in 2017. Since restarting her practice in Colorado, Elle has focused on all aspects of family law and child welfare, including seeking a divorce, determining child custody orders, challenging child support, or any other issue related to your family's needs. More recently, Elle has become involved with mediation and Collaborative divorce to address a family's needs. Both mediation and Collaborative divorce are alternative means to resolve your family disputes without the stress of court battles or a ending up with a decision made by a judge that fits neither you nor your former partner. As a trained mediator, Elle works with parties to assist them with finding the best resolutions to their family disputes. Elle is also a Child and Family Investigator and has been appointed in numerous cases throughout the state of Colorado. Elle is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and California.
