Garland (Sonny) W. Allison, Esq., is the Managing Partner of Perkins Coie's Denver office and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance and securities. Sonny regularly counsels public and private companies and private equity funds in corporate transactions, corporate governance matters and securities law compliance matters. Sonny graduated from Dartmouth College in 1995 and from the University of Michigan Law School in 1998. He began his career at Skadden Arps in New York.
