Jennifer Buhler is the firm's Ethics and Conflicts Counsel. As part of this role, she assists General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel with professional responsibility matters. In addition, Jennifer drafts ethical walls, enforces risk management policies, conducts trainings on risk management and conflicts issues, and drafts and reviews engagement letters, waiver letters and contracts. Jennifer was a member of the Colorado Ethics Committee from 2004 to 2009.
