Franz Hardy serves as the co-managing partner of the Denver office of Gordon & Rees. He is a trial attorney with over two decades of experience in state and federal court. He practices in the areas of professional liability, commercial disputes, and insurance. Mr. Hardy is a frequent author and lecturer on various legal topics, including ethics, privileges, confidentiality, and diversity. Mr. Hardy has held various leadership positions within in the legal community, including as past president of the Denver Bar Association, past president of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Colorado, and former chair of the University of Colorado Law School Alumni Board. He also serves as co-chair of his firm's Diversity Committee. He is a former recipient of the Richard M. Davis Award and Governor Bill Ritter Public Service Award.
