Jennifer Mullins, Esq., General Counsel, SafeGuard World International, has over 16 years' experience drafting and negotiating complex technology licensing and service agreements for various Fortune 500 companies over a wide range of industries, including EchoStar Communications (DISH Network), Aon Hewitt, AOL and CenturyLink (formerly Qwest Communications). Ms. Mullins is currently General Counsel at SafeGuard World International, a $40M global payroll provider with facilities in the UK, Hungary, Mexico, India and US. In her role, her responsibilities include ensuring compliance with global privacy law, focusing largely on the EU and the cross border transfer of personal data. She is passionate about data privacy and protection and believes they are top issues facing any multinational corporation today. Ms. Mullins is currently in the process of obtaining a privacy certification from the IAPP (CIPP/E).
