Cheryl Niro brings almost four decades of law practice experience to her work as a negotiator, mediator and conflict resolution professional. She has successfully mediated hundreds of cases across the US and internationally. She studied and taught at the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers in Negotiation and Mediation. She is an experienced strategic advisor, facilitates strategic and organizational planning for legal and other organizations. She was a founder of the National Center for Conflict Resolution Education, funded by the US Departments of Justice and Education. Cheryl has an extensive record of accomplishment as a leader of the organized bar, as the second woman elected president of the Illinois State Bar Association and member of the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association.
