Anderson B. Scott is a partner in the firm Fisher Phillips, LLP's Atlanta office. He has handled employment litigation nationally for employers, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment and whistleblower claims, and claims arising under the Surface Transportation Assistance Act (STAA).
