Maria-Vittoria “Giugi” Carminati, Esq., is a women's advocate and intersectional feminist. Her firm, The Woman's Lawyer, represents victims of domestic violence and sexual assault in domestic relations cases, protection orders, and civil litigation. Her firm offers legal services in Spanish, French, English, and Italian. After years at a large law firm practicing complex commercial litigation, and a few years at a boutique, Giugi Carminati launched her firm. She has since been dedicated to helping particularly vulnerable populations at difficult and dangerous times of their lives. She is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, a member of the Orders of the Coif, Barons, and Barristers, and a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln law school. She has a JD, an LLM in Space, Cyber & Telecommunications Law and a JSD in Space Law. She is also a member of the ABA House of Delegates and the Chair of the ABA Space Law Committee.
