Federal Trade CommissionColin Hector, Esq., is an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's Division of Financial Practices. In that role he has led and second-chaired numerous enforcement actions, including matters in which the FTC obtained litigated temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and summary judgment decisions. He has also authored Congressional testimony on debt collection, as well as consumer protection and the military community. Mr. Hector is a graduate of Berkeley Law, where he published articles on debt collection and new technologies, nutrition policy reforms, and mobile payments.
