Kevin Chen, Esq., is an attorney at Homiak Law LLC who advises cryptoasset and blockchain technology companies and investors on a wide variety of matters, including formation of new startup companies, product development, commercial transactions, and venture financings. Previously, Kevin worked as an attorney at prominent law firms in San Francisco and Denver, clerked for the Honorable Nathan Coats and the Honorable Monica Márquez of the Colorado Supreme Court, and served as in-house corporate counsel for a Fortune 500 company.
