Justin . Pidot
Office of the Solicitor, U.S. Department of the InteriorJustin Pidot is the Deputy Solicitor for Land Resources for the U.S. Department of Interior. He is on a leave of absence from a position as an associate professor with tenure at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where his research and scholarship focus on environmental law, natural resources law, administrative law, and federal courts. He is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Wesleyan University. Before joining becoming a professor, he was an appellate litigator at the Environment and Natural Resources Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, a clerk for the Honorable Judith W. Rogers of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, and a fellow at the Georgetown Environmental Law and Policy Institute.
