Chloe Mickel is a seasoned attorney with over a decade of experience guiding clients through the complexities of construction, real estate, and digital infrastructure projects. She currently serves as Vice President of Legal at Prime Data Centers where her work spans structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, managing regulatory and real estate counsel, and delivering strategic guidance to executives and project teams alike. Before joining Prime, she was Legal Director for the Americas at Yondr Group, Of Counsel in the Digital Infrastructure Group at Greenberg Traurig, and a Shareholder in the Construction Group at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck. Early in her career, she built a strong foundation in construction litigation, representing developers, architects, and engineers in complex disputes. Chloe has been recognized as a 5280 Top Lawyer in Construction, as well as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America honoree and a Colorado Super Lawyers Rising Star.
